• Remote approval of InsideBusiness Connect or SwiftNet payment files
• Viewing FX transaction confirmations with a 2 or 4 eyes set-up, confirmations overview, and online query management
• Accessing and downloading reports such as cash balancing and mark-to-market reports
• Managing service requests

Moreover, the app includes the mToken feature, allowing users to authenticate using a QR code for logging in and signing requests. This simple authentication method only requires the camera on the user's phone along with the ING InsideBusiness App.

To access the ING InsideBusiness App, individuals must be ING Wholesale Banking clients with InsideBusiness access. Users are advised to inform their Corporate Administrator about their intention to use the app so that relevant permissions can be updated accordingly.
